There is an ever increasing demand for good data scientists worldwide and Pakistan is no exception. I get like a zillion messages from HR managers, clients, vendors and companies looking for good resources to add in their data science team. The requirements vary from NLP developers to folks with social media background, from text mining to sales forecast, and from defense projects to research grants.
There are hundreds of “Data Scientists” out there claiming to be “Experts”, “Consultants”, “Instructors”, “Coders” or (honestly) students somewhere in the learning process but when you need to get the job done, a few can qualify.
I have asked the folks to submit their profiles through my social media accounts like a month ago and have received 7,109 CVs so far, I further scrapped some 500+ profiles of Pakistani data scientists from LinkedIn in past few weeks. Here I present the Top 30 aspiring Data Scientists from Pakistan. I’ve looked for practical experience, real life projects, breadth and depth of related technologies and the number of projects. The list is in alphabetical order. If you think you should be in the list, please send me a message with your profile, and I will keep updating the list to reflect the latest talent.
Send me a Thank You note if you benefit from this list. It will motivate me to produce more lists like these.
